Answer: Go to waawmatrimony.com, you will get “User Registration” option.Click on “User Registration” and provide Name, Gender, Contact Number & Email ID (Optional), then click on “Register” link. After you click on “Register”, your profile will be automatically created and you shall be given a “Profile ID” generated for future references and login purposes.Once you completely edited your profile, it will automatically get activated.
Answer: Yes, you can register on behalf of someone else.
Answer: A profile ID identifies each person uniquely. Please register separate profiles for you and your sibling for individual partner searches.
Answer: No, you cannot change your Mobile Number and Email ID after registration. We create unique Profile ID based on your Mobile Number and Email ID.
Answer: If you are not able to verify your mobile number, in that situation you can contact our customer support team at our registered mobile number +91 9481376778 (India).
Answer: “About Me” is where you explain yourself – your personality, your likes and dislikes, your educational and family background, career and personal interests, and expectations about your partner. Try to give a clear self-description and a complete picture of what you expect.
Answer: Users can view only some of your details i.e., Profile ID, Age, Qualification, Occupation, Working Location, Home Town, Height, Weight, Personal Property, Annual income, family annual income, family property, About me, About your family, expectations about partner.
Answer: Waaw matrimony will display profiles only 100% verified mobile numbers. So, unless you verify your mobile number, you cannot use our service. The verification process is done free of cost.
Answer: You can edit and update your profile by logging into the website with your user Id and password and click edit profile button and do the necessary changes and submit.
Answer: After logging into your account, click on the change password link. The system will ask for your old password and then the new one then login with your new password change and submit.
Answer: Profile ID is given once you are registered with us for easy and specific identification.

Answer: Notifications are information related to candidate’s profile i.e., if you have received request from a candidate or you have already visited his/her profile, you can get this information through your notifications.
Answer: Login using your Profile ID and Password. Select “Search” option, enter the ID of the member, you will find options to block profiles. The profiles will be added to your “Block List”. This means these members will not be able to contact you or send proposal request in you; likewise even you cannot contact them.
Answer: To view the profiles you have blocked, login to your account, click on block list. To remove profiles from your block list, select the profile and click on the Unblock link.
Answer: “Send Proposal” is a feature that enables you to send automated message to members absolutely FREE and let them know that you are interested in them.
Answer: Yes, there is a limit on the number of “Send Proposal”. You can send only 5 proposal request in a day. If the user rejects 5 requests also then user can receive other requests.
Answer: You will be notified via SMS or website notification. You can also login to your account and select the “Proposals Received” option to know how many members have sent proposal request also you can view their profiles.
Answer: You will be notified through Agent. Once you sent proposal request to other user, your request will be notified to your agent, opposite user and his/her agent. His/her agent will contact you to your agent, they will have a communication about each profiles and contact you back.
Answer: No, only that member can see his/her agent contact details and his/her agent can see your agent’s contact details.
Answer: You can search and view a particular profile by entering the Profile ID in the “Search by ID” option.
Answer: You can add up to four photos in your profile – One Profile Photo and three photos in the album.

Answer: Login by using your Profile Id and Password. After opening user’s profile, click on the link “Add to My Favorites” list. All favorite profiles are displayed under “My Favorites” list.
Answer: Login by using your User ID and Password. Click on the “My Favorite” list. You can view and delete the favorite profiles on that page.
- Login using your User ID and Password and click on “My Photos” now click the “Browse” button and select the profile photo first. Click “Upload Photo” and crop your photo as required.
- After uploading the “Profile Photo” you can also add photos to the album repeating the above steps.
Answer: Login to your account, click on “Delete Account” icon. From the drop down list select reason for deleting account. Please note that you cannot restore or re-activate your profile once you delete it. If you want to restore your account you need to contact admin.
Answer: Login to your account, click on “Deactivate Profile” link to deactivate your profile. This link is provided in case you wish to temporarily put your partner search on hold. On deactivation, your profile will be hidden from our members and you will not be able to send and receive proposal request until you activate your profile.
Answer: Once the groom send request to bride, bride’s agent, groom’s agent and bride will be notified about proposal. Then our franchisee team will contact you to communicate.
